Fairness-Oriented Transmission Schemes for Multiuser MISO Broadcast Channels

چکیده
With the increasing number of Internet Things (IoT), Industry 4.0 (I4.0), and mobile devices, it can be expected that base stations will have to serve more clients with a limited antennas. For their broadcast channels, nonorthogonal multiple access (NOMA) blind interference alignment (BIA) are two efficient commonly adopted transmission schemes. This paper conducts comparison study on these techniques 3-user 2 × 1 multiple-input single-output (MISO) channel transmit Specifically, space-time block coding based NOMA (STBC-NOMA) NOMA-assisted beamforming (NOMA-BF) compared BIA. Both perfect imperfect successive cancellation (SIC) been considered for NOMA-based schemes, theoretical achievable rates all schemes derived. Furthermore, given fairness constraint among end users, power allocation (PA) problems solved cases when accurate state information is available at transmitter (CSIT) as well only path loss available. Numerical results show following: (1) none under this always outperform others different SNR regions. (2) SIC, NOMA-BF, STBC-NOMA both suffer from significant performance high condition. (3) Fairness PA provides similar CSIT, thus partial CSIT adequate system or scheme designs in practice.

Symbol-Level Precoding Design for Max-Min SINR in Multiuser MISO Broadcast Channels
In this paper, we address the symbol level precoding (SLP) design problem under max-min SINR criterion in the downlink of multiuser multiple-input single-output (MISO) channels. First, we show that the distance preserving constructive interference regions (DPCIR) are always polyhedral angles (shifted pointed cones) for any given constellation point with unbounded decision region. Then we prove ...
متن کاملSignalling-Optimal Beamformer For Multiuser MISO Broadcast Visible Light Communications
In this paper, we consider an optimal space constellation design for a multiuser multi-input single-output (MISO) visible light communication (VLC) broadcast system when channel state information is available at the transmitter. By utilizing the cooperation of multiuser interference, an optimal multidimensional additively uniquely decomposable constellation group (AUDCG) is designed to maximize...
متن کاملHow Much CSIT Feedback is Necessary for the Multiuser MISO Broadcast Channels?
This work considers the multiuser multiple-input single-output (MISO) broadcast channel (BC), where a transmitter with M antennas transmits information to K single-antenna users, and where as expected the quality and timeliness of channel state information at the transmitter (CSIT) is imperfect. Motivated by the fundamental question of how much feedback is necessary to achieve a certain perform...
متن کاملMultiuser Joint Energy-Bandwidth Allocation with Energy Harvesting - Part II: Multiple Broadcast Channels & Proportional Fairness
In this paper, we consider the energy-bandwidth allocation for a network with multiple broadcast channels, where the transmitters access the network orthogonally on the assigned frequency band and each transmitter communicates with multiple receivers orthogonally or non-orthogonally. We assume that the energy harvesting state and channel gain of each transmitter can be predicted for K slots a p...
متن کاملReal-time scheduling for wireless multiuser MISO systems under different fairness criteria
This paper deals with the spatio-temporal scheduling of a set of users for downlink transmission in a cell where the base station is provided with multiple antennas. Two main issues are addressed: how the users are distributed into space-time groups and how the available power is allocated among the users within a group. Since the former is an NP-complete combinatorial problem, we develop fast ...
